Had both breakfast and lunch at Le Cafe last week. Great food and service, plus a superb view and little extras like free internet. More

We had a takeaway meal and it was really nice. Their deer ravioli was delightful and their spaghetti was nice. More

This restaurant offers some unusual food choices as well as the old favourites, and always well prepared and presented. Great chef. A very noisy atmosphere due to the hard surfaces, but they are most tolerant of people using their premises as meeting places and hanging around for hours. Highly recommended More

We had three different main courses and all were excellent. We shared a cheeseboard to finish which had all sorts of yummy extras - olives, malty bread, fruit, etc - it was worth going just for that! Average prices for the area. Would recommend. More

But the team is not that welcoming and friendly, just a hello, asked for some explaination on a salad and they nearly made fun of me . Thansk... More

We were steered to Le Cafe by our rental car company and liked it so much we went 3 times during our stay. We were one vegan, one vegetarian, one dairy-free, and one omnivore. All four of us were very pleased by the food and drink selections and by the great views of Picton Harbor. More

I don't like writing bad reviews, but after having so many wonderful dining experiences in other places in New Zealand, I had to say something. My husband ordered a pre-made sandwich that he seemed to enjoy as myself and our dining companion waited for our fish special and spaghetti dish. I thought it a bit strange that the sandwich was...
