They managed great with us being quite a big group and everything came quickly enough for us. Guess we ordered fairly standard choices, everyone enjoyed what we got and plenty to share between us for a very reasonable price. Not amazing or very different to what have enjoyed in other places but exactly what we wanted and would go back... More

Sorry to say it! I went with a group of friends - the menu (on line) looks great - the mixed entrees we got to share were pretty good, but overall let down by the mains. We ordered 'standard' dishes to share - lamb roghan josh, chicken tikka masala, that kind of thing, nothing adventurous. No one of us was... More

It was a cool evening, but the tasty food and quick service warmed us up. Kingfisher beer and a lot of variety on the menu.

Had a really enjoyable meal here. The portions were very good and the food was generally of a high standard. Prices were very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We brought our own bottle of wine and were charged a small supplement (I think $2.50NZ) which I thought was fair. Definitely worth a visit if you are in... More

Solid Indian nosebag. With the exception of the onion bhajees which were dreadful and dry ( avoid at all costs), the choice of food on offer was good and reasonably tasty to eat. Good value in comparison to other restaurants in Picton, friendly service.

Great for a curry fix :) the garlic naan has actual chopped up garlic for garlic lovers and the butter chicken is lovely and light :)

Had a takaway meal from here. The Madras Curry was very tasty and made to the strength you ask for. The size of the portions was good and the price was right. No complaints at all.

The food at this restaurant was devine, our whole family loved the wonderful flavours we were presented with - I'm no expert but they seemed authentic Indian flavours and not just out of a packet!! My only gripe- the vegetarian dish I had said on the menu that it was made with "seasonal vegetables"- buy they were mixed frozen vegetables!... More
