Had an enjoyable lunch there with friends and their children. The place had a welcoming feel about it and there is lots of space outside for the children to amuse themselves. Could not complain about the service or food.

This is a great friendly pub! Great for families as it has a large grassed area outside, where kids can play and still be watched (gates are open so not fully enclosed). They sell playdough and have a few games and colouring in Live music, often free many evenings (Wednesday to Sunday) and friendly staff. Food is good. Very busy... More

We made the mistake of going for lunch on a Sunday when it was absolutely packed so the service was no too bad considering. Good value and very filling. Would recommend.

Good bar service and wait staff friendly. Food was a little below standard and 1 of the 2 dish's was over priced when judged by its quality.
