I respect family business survives and flourish through so many historical events, this is the case. A very long desserts and cakes menu. Sweet treat was good. Just the coffee seems come from chain brand, not very happy with it. The service is very good too. More

Very small with less than 12 tables so you may have to wait but it is well worth it. It is a little green building on a narrow road opposite St Mathias Church but it is a delight. More

i think this place has a very special atmosphere. U can feel like U are in the 19. century. The interieur is wonderful and lovely. The service is very skillfull despite the fact that the place is small and they have a lot guests to serve...and the cakes are very very good. They are the traditional types.A must choice U have to... More

I think this place is having success just for the history of the princess Sissi. The menù was not so understandable and the waitress was very superficial and uncivil...so that we really felt awkward. Moreover the cakes were not so delicious. The Ruszwurm is for sure the worse pastry-store we visited in Budapest. More

The place is small and extremely warm inside, not remarkably nice at all. there are no English descriptions of the cakes, so it's impossible to choose one, you can only count on what you see for that. if you have the bad idea of asking for any information, forget about polite answers, or kind words, and be prepared to hear... Good marketing brings people here. It is over priced and overrated. There is nothing here you cannot get other nicer places for less. More

Very close to St Matthias Church at the top of the Castle District this is a small cafe which does excellent coffee and cakes which are very reasonably priced, considering the location. On Sunday morning it is full of locals occupying the comfy chairs inside in what looks like somebody's lounge room. We sat outside in the spring sunshine and... More
