The food at Balaton was delicious and reasonably priced but the portions were massive, we definitely didn't need a dessert! A good selection of wines and the service was very friendly and professional. Would thoroughly recommend.

Typical Hungarian style étterem, wodden tables, embroidered cloths and all the usual favourites available: Halászlé (fish soup), Gulyásleves, Stiffed peppers, Borjuporkolt, galuska and a reasonable if small selection of Hungarian wine. Good value and good food, but Hungarian is not spoken, only Polish and English.
