Great Czech cuisine. The chicken dish is good. Advise to go earlier for dinner as it is popular with locals and tourists. Although we ordered 2 plates of the chicken dish we ended up with only one as it was sold out.

Nice place, but terrible waitress (one of two - the other was much better). Food was very poor, Czech speciality "Svickova" with bad meat, soup was not good etc. The waitres made about 4 mistakes during one hour, but she was arogant. There are much better places in Olomouc.

The food in this restaurant is for the most part very good and authentic. If you are looking for traditional Czech cuisine, this is the place to go, although I have also once experience lower quality on the food, namley with Svickova. What a great place. Hearty meals, great value and atmosphere. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive even though our Czech langauge was non existent. We went on a Thursday night which was nice and quiet. Don't know what a previous reviewer was on about, perhaps they should learn how to spell steak before they complain about this cool place. Thumbs up!

tHe soup here was tops,especially the garlic soup,if you are into that. I can´t remember the names of some thimngs I liked here but all was good.Only problem was I ordered a dark beer and that isn´t common so the beer I was served had been stored too long and was flat flat flat.still i recommend this place.
