we only had some coffee and tea. There was a small dish with chips on the table and we thought, it is an additinal gift. The price was high enough to expect such. We tried one and it was old. so we did not eat more. On the bill they charged 25 CZK for the chips. I am shure, the... More

From the street the place looks ok, however menu has no prices. After you get coffe and a desert 15 min later. In the end you get the bill and you're like WTF?! Price for 2 coffees and2 desert is as for the mill in the next restraunt U cesari. Desert is nothing special. Don't go to this place

Okay, so maybe it was because there was a minus 5 wind chill outside and the place was warm, or maybe because the waitress was super cute, but I honestly had a good experience. The service was quick, friendly, and polite. I only had a pancake, so I can't really give an in depth review of their food, but my... More

Unfortunately I don't understand the legal tender in this town. I just see a lot of zeroes when I pay but when I stick my MasterCard in an ATM I get lots more zeroes. The main criticism to this maligned establishment relates to the prices. We had a very delicious and (I am told) genuine traditional meal. We shared and... More

Do not be sucked into this place by the pleasant looking interior and the outdoor bill board advertising cheap eats. The sign said "soup, wiener schnitzel, goulash, dessert - 180 crowns". For starters it's either the wiener schnitzel or the goulash and not both, moreover the schnitzel wouldn't go down without a fight. Secondly there was a 100 crown cover... More

The board says 3 meals for 1 price! Well..... Be aware - all the adds (even ketchup!) costs extra! As it was second day in Prague, we new the prices for beer and also asked for the beer as overall the prices are 39 to 69. In the end our bill for 4 persons we expected approx. 800 czk, we... More

Echoing all the other reviews, this is an awful tourist rip-place – they even charge for going to the toilet ! We sat down to eat but quickly decided to drink-up and leave and to go to another restaurant close by. Interestingly in there we saw another couple who had earlier left Ve Stare Radnici . We exchanged a knowing... More

Had the lunch time menu 160 each which we enjoyed, but then came the bill. 320 for 2 meals, 220 for 2 beers, 50 for cover ( whatever that is) and 45 for the crisps on the table, 110 for 1 beer which I could have had for 39 a little further up. Please don't make the same mistake as... More
