Hi all, I went yesterday 20.05.2012 to Golden Tikka as we got a voucher for two people. When we arrived the restaurant was completely empty and the waiter when he saw the voucher told us to leave and book at least 7 days before. I told him I don't understand as the restaurant was empty and he in a very... More

We've been to several Indian restaurants in Prague as we really love Indian food. Definitely, Golden Tikka deserves a visit. Premises are very simple, so expect nothing fancy, but it's food that matters! It was great & brought en enormous joy (+ full bellies) to our company of four. Salty lassi is very reasonably priced and tastes great! So if... More

Probably my worst dining experience. They simply do now know how to cook Indian food. Chicken Vindaloo was so hot (tonnes of red chilly) that I simply could not eat it. I am an Indian and am used to eating hot n spicy food. But this dish was simply too hot. I was unable to eat it so had to... More

The chicken "curry" was overdone chunks in a spiceless tomato sauce that reminded me of canned ravioli. The garlic naan was good. Note: Rice is not included, you must order it separately.

The service was truly nice and polite. Exterior of the restaurant is terrible, but the interior very spacy and well furnished. Not very flashy and very pleasant. Only one thing is, that the cuisine is more like Pakistani than Indian. I think, they should claim everywhere, that thay cooked Pakistani - Kashmir cuisine, because the food is delicious...

Excellent location in IP Pavlova, right by Charles University, this restaurant has become very useful for a quick lunchtime bite between classes. I am so happy that it is consistent with the Tikka Dhaba in Konvitska, in terms of quality, quantity and speed at which the food is delivered. I have yet to eat out on the patio just behind... More

I ate at this restaurant three times while staying at Hotel Ankora in early November. I had been in Prague for almost a month and had tired of the "typical" food and beer. The restaurant has only been open at this location for a few months. They also have another Golden Tikka in a different location. I had Hyderabadi Chicken... More
