If you have been to the Cafe de Paris in Geneva you have to check this Prague version. In my opinion their sauce which comes with the entrecote is even better than the original in Geneva.

The interior decorations were cool and the internal courtyard was charming. It was quiet despite being close to the Charles Bridge. Limited menu with great execution and a nice light alternative to traditional Czech cuisine. The service was attentive without hovering.
Good atmosphere, good food, Mostly locals dining the night we were there, but clearly on the tourist map too. Very friendly staff, good simple food, pretty good , small, wine list, reasonable prices.. Strong recommend
This place is worth a visit. I admire french kitchen and use opportunity to visit french kitchen places abroad. Meal list was not long, it is not a restaurant, but cafe style place. Onion soup was delicious, green salad earned it's points with a tasty dressing. My "welldone" entrecote was good welldone and really juicy. And the selection of three...

A very fine French menu if somewhat limited. The steak was good as was the salmon with salad, though maybe overgenerous with the green salad! Starters with in season asparagus pleased, and the blueberry clafouti dessert was to die for! But the waiter made the meal a night out!
We found this place not far from our hotel and stopped in a couple of times. Once for coffee and gelato and a second time for lunch. Great experience both times. The coffee is very good as is the food. Many vegetarian options.
A little away from the hustle, bustle and tourist tat that now fills the Old Town Square (not withstanding the great architecture) this Art Nouveau little jewel does superb snacks (we had the scrummy Cake de Paris, an excellent quiche Lorraine and salad, high class tea, and next table's club sandwiches looked equally tempting. Rounded of with excellent service -...

Set just off a small square, Cafe de Paris is a small and friendly French style cafe. I would recommend booking as it seems to get busy. We had entrecôte steak with fries which was cooked exactly how we asked for. The waiter was fun to talk with and very attentive despite the fact we hadn't booked and the place...

We came across this amazing family run French restaurant while strolling through the cobbled streets of old town Prague. The atmosphere was buzzy and friendly. The menu was short but the food amazing and perfectly cooked. You may have to book at week ends if you want to experience this small, informal and charming restaurant
