We ate here twice. The location on the river was great, even in rain. The Bohemian feast was good and so was the trout. There was even some salad on the plate.

Dined here this evening with my partner. Friendly service, food was quick to arrive and the best fresh trout I have had in a while!!! Quirky atmosphere with lovely river with terrace out the back. We paid just under £15 for two mains, a salad to share, and two drinks. Very vegetarian friendly too. Absolutely recommend a visit:-)
There were not many selections and the food was on the light side, but the best part of dining in this restaurant was at the courtyard on the back, by the river, and under the Krumlov castle. I thought that was once in a lifetime experience.
I feel like we must have been in a different restaurant from the other reviewers. Maybe it was because we were early but this place just didn't work. We went upstairs and there was a group having beers and a couple in the room overlooking the river. We waited and waited and waited and finally someone came to take our...

This is a place to go for something different than the usual restaurant fare and with an atmosphere very different from most restaurants. Outside, you're overlooking the Vltava River and the castle rises above you and the feel is almost like being in a backyard BBQ. But you come here especially to try old-style Bohemian food, with grains no one...

Very good Bohemian regional dishes like chicken, rabbit, Knedliki etc. One minus for red wine. Very good atmosphere in nice city - Cesky Krumlov
Located in exciting lane Parkan and also right next to the river. You can choose to eat indoors or sit on a terrace or even balcony. The friendly staff brought me a menu filled with old Bohemian (Czech) meals, which are surprisingly healthy - vegetables, porridges, cereals etc. I found it very tasty. I didn't have to wait long. The...

Go in the door, and start heading up the stairs, if the smells coming from the kitchen, plus the great atmosphere (cosy, wooden floors, cute balcony over the river,...) don't get you straight away, I don't know what will.
Also, it's a "traditional Czech" restaurant, yet their menu by the door has AS MANY vegetarian options as non-veg! How amazing...

A cosy restaurant with a great view of the river. The service is wonderful, the food is great... i just love the Bohemian platter... too bad i was only in Cesky for a day otherwise i would definitively go back again
Remember your cash- the do not take credit! This is an amazing secret style restaurant, unsure what you will find when you open the door. It is quite hobbit like, as is the food offered to you on the traditional wooden platters. The Bohemian Feast fed our family of four well, and the cost amazing! I would actually travel to...
