We tried a different restaurant each of the 7 nights we were in Noosa and Rocksalt was the only one we chose to revisit. It's that good. A very busy little place for a reason. affordable, tasty meals. Very impressed.

Noosa has some great restaurants but very few of them are BYO. We came to Rock Salt so that we could drink a special bottle of our wine. The food was good but not great. The atmosphere was noisy and busy. The cheese dish was disappointing. Is best feature is the BYO with $3 corkage.

Try to visit Rock Salt at least once each time we stay in Noosa. Simple menu but always beautifully cooked. Owner/Chef always there and very pleasant. Staff have been the same for a while which is always a good sign.

Great food, great service, nice atmosphere. Our group raved about how good the duck was, my steak was melt in your mouth delicious. Highly recommend it. Yummo

What a fantastic night we had with superb meals as we watched the drizzling rain outside. The confit duck was our 6 year olds favourite meal of the night, with the lamb running a close second. Small trendy restaurant with a nice outdoor eating area which is slightly spoilt by the view of an ugly park and old buildings. But on the plus side, the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection.
