Wonderful experience dining at Noosa. May not be for everyone so do your homework . By QLD standards expensive. Four adults dinned and we enjoyed excellent service and delic. Japanese food. In perfect surroundings.

4 Adults and 5 Children looked forward to a birthday dinner at Wasabi and came away extremely dissapointed and basically "ripped off".After some confusion between the Waitress explaining what dishes would be suitable for all of us we settled on the "Wakeru" Menu which states for two people or more and consists of what most would call basic Japanese fare...

We too were extremely disappointed. In all of my and your waitress's careers we have never seen behaviour like this.
After the waitress had explained to you the dishes on the menu, that were most suitable for children, despite her recommendations, you proceeded to order a 7 course degustation at $89 per person. You ordered for two of the children...

The food was fresh, superbly presented and of top quality. The staff who served us were very polite and understanding of our special dietary requirements on this night and obliged in a professional and friendly manner. The chef was also wonderful to accommodate.
This is a gastro restaurant and so expect the prices and serving sizes to match, it may...

Our evening at Wasabe lived up to all of the recommendations we had heard prior to booking. The food was delightful; quality ingredients beautifully presented. The service was excellent, and with a level of knowledge about the origins of food and wine which was second to none.
I saw another review which complained about the time taken to serve the...

My partner and I had our annual joint birthday dinner here last Saturday. Lovely restaurant and amazing food. We got off to a bit of a dodgy start after choosing the degustation 7 courses, with matching beverages ( they do a great mixture of wines, sake and cocktail to complement each course) as the young waiter we had, seemed a...

Very fine attention to detail in all aspects. Service staff very knowledgeable from food to sake to wine. Service prompt but professional. Food presented beautifully and our omakase sequenced well. An amazing piece of wagyu a cooked to perfection - was the last course. Very highly recommend, but take your credit card.
We had a wonderful dinner at Wasabi, where the staff did an amazing job at managing dietary issues. Food was amazing. Service was spot on. We'd recommend anyone visiting Noosa to book in for a special dinner at Wasabi.
We have been wanting to visit Wasabi since we arrived in Noosa and finally visited March 21st. It was exceptional! I love the fresh japanese style but since my partner isn't familiar with this type of food I chose the Wakeru menu, which was great for the two of us to share. It was full of all the favourites but...

We had dinner at Wasabi last night and it was the longest night ever (not in a good way).
Let's start with the positive side and that is that the service was really good, the girls who served us were really nice.
The food was terrible, we had the 7 course menu, the food was not pure, tried to be...

We went last Saturday - the 9th March. We had heard a lot of good things about Wasabi - very good things: we had looked at its menu and we ere familiar. With its surroundings
We arrived by ferry from Noosa: we had a drink at Ricky's bar with friends and then went to Wasabi at our booked time of...
