Someone needs to teach some of the staff how to make coffee. Very bitter caused from burnt milk

This is another of Albany's little gems. It is the headquarters for the local bicycling fraternity on Sunday mornings but is also a favourite meeting place for many locals who are not quite so energetic. It is close to Middleton beach & is well worth a visit for excellent coffee & food.

Courtesy from surly owner depends on who else is in the cafe and who you are with. Coffee usually OK, new menu would be good. Cakes etc expensive beyond belief! If you want to get a coffee in less than half an hour on a quiet morning be prepared to earn your right to be served. Go to Emu Point-its friendly,affordable, beautifully located and the coffee is great.

Waited 25 minutes for an average coffee while the owners berated and belittled their staff and were rude to other customers. Prefer to drive to Emu Point to get a decent coffee with good service.

I understand that it was a busy time of year but waiting 30 minutes for a take-away coffee and being told wherever I stood would be "in the way" detered me from returning or recommending this cafe.
