Very friendly service, prompt and the food was tasty and good value. Recommend.
We went to Waves after looking into Nicos and Cafe Six, as we were after somewhere with a bit of atmosphere and romance.
Waves is... Almost there, in many respects. The atmosphere and lighting were trying to be romantic, but rather felt slightly towards new, empty, and quiet. Likewise, the food was presented as fine cuisine, but wasn't *quite* there...

We ate here on two occasions as we were staying in the motel (rooms are fantastic, very clean, large & spacious - except for the dated dinosaur tvs & no cable).
First night we ate dinner I ordered the steak on the specials menu – rare & it was cooked to perfection. It's just a shame it was on a...

We were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely restaurant in Port Campbell. The food was very good and so was the service. We both had fish and were very happy with our choices.
We had limited choice when at Port Campbell, but Waves was quite busy. Food was freshly prepared and quickly delivered - just what we needed!

The staff were super friendly, although surprisingly weren't able to tell...

We spent a weekend evening in Port Campbell, arriving after 9pm and wandered up the main street in search of food. This restaurant attracted us from the offset with it's smell of amazing food, it's fresh fish dishes and varied menu with a well matching and reasonably priced wine list. The staff were very attentive, the food was both creative...

My husband and I had dinner at Waves over the Aust Day long weekend, the food was great, service was very friendly. I rang up and organised a birthday cake for my husband and it was done without fuss. The chocolate mud cake was delicious.
