While on a visit to Phillip Island, we had a great lunch at this establishment. Their 'handcrafted' beer was extremely pleasant as well. In this day and age the prices were not bad either. We would certainly visit again when in the area.

We have two kids (4 and 7) and the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Food was amazing, mains were pricey but certainly worth it. Excellent wine and beer menu - try the beer paddle if beer is your thing! We had a relaxed, enjoyable time. Colouring sheets and pencils provided; decent food on the kids menu; kind staff used... This was our annual Family Birthday Outing (all three males with birthdays within two weeks of one another!). Living down the Mornington Peninsula it is difficult to select another new venue for this enjoyable day together - so Philip Island was chosen and Rusty Water's reputation was known to one of our sons. We had the best time. Not very... More

Amazing meal and beautifully crafted beer!! Definitely a place we will make a regular destination. The service is very attentive without being over bearing and the wood fire creates the perfect atmosphere. Thanks to all the staff and chef for an awesome evening.

Stopped in for Saturday lunch upon arriving on the island. Nice atmosphere, lots of natural light and dark timber. Staff were attentive and pleasant, and very patient with my 3 year old who made a bit of a mess! Menu is varied and the food was fantastic. I had a Parma and it was delicious, my partner and daughter both... More

Husband had the mussels & said they were very nice & for the beer lover they have a tasting range of four beers they brew. Great service, great... More

Very welcoming staff and great ambiance. Visited with wife and 2 kids, 2 & 6 yrs old and the menu had something for everyone. Variety of kids meals was good and quality excellent. We ordered the pie and parmigiana which were excellent and very ample portions. Great variety of beers, would recommend the tasting paddle and the dark toffee ale.... More

Had a great dinner here. The service was top notch and our waitress gave us time to relax and look throught the menu before ordering. Drink list was good. Not a wine drinker but the had a separate menu for that and have a somewhat weird choice of beer all good looking too. Food was excellent and was not waiting... More

We went to Rusty's over Easter, 2 families, and had a great time. Booking and changing time closer to the daye no problem. The service was so good with so much attention, kids getting colouring sheets. Food was fresh and yummy and good sizes. Pint tasters, and wine choice was enough for us. Would go again next time for sure.

Hubby ordered their home made meat pie and I ordered the grilled barramundi and it was beautiful. The fish was cooked to perfection and the meat pie was full of flavour. Would definitely go back there again.
