What a wonderful surprise to come across on our way back to Melbourne just outside of Colac. The guys there are very friendly and relaxed and went out there way to show us around you just don't get that anymore. Thanks Guys!
We recently celebrated a birthday at the Otway Estate and had a lovely time. The weather was fine and we sat out on the balcony overlooking the water. The atmosphere was pleasant. There was another sizable group at the other end of the balcony, which was barely noticeable. In other venues, sharing the space with a large group can make...

The meals presented at Otway Estate are to die for. Had eaten here a couple of times when daughter decided this was the place for her wedding. The food tasting we had prior, was great and hard to pick what was the best. The meal on the day was as good as the food tasting we had - I was...

Cannot complain. Great day out. The beer is great, nice wine, the food is good and well present. Very relaxing place to be.
We visited Otway Estate for my cousin's wedding. It was a small event with 25 guests on the balcony overlooking the lake. So scenic!
I tried the winery's pinot noir which was nice but the highlight for me was actually their cider - delicious! The service was courteous and the function room in which the receiption was held was the...

We shared an appetizer platter ($31) that was a real bargain, and everything on it was delicious. There was potato salad, olives, rice paper rolls...

We stopped at the Otway Estate Winery on our way back to Apollo Bay from the Otway Fly treetop walk. The wine was so-so compared to other wine areas in Australia. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant, I did notice that it had a nice ambience.
Worth a stop if you're driving by - not sure that it's worth...
