On a cold, grey day we got a warm and cheerful welcome from the staff, and were quickly seated with coffees ordered. The breakfast menu is excellent and there is no problem with asking for variations. Delicious eggs cooked to perfection, mine accompanied by an avocado and feta mash that I enjoyed, with tomato relish as well. Everything is tasty... More

We just happened to stumble on this restaurant and we will be going back. Everything is good about it, the decor, the staff, the food - we had calamari and then the veal and beef cheeks (the most succulent and tasty ever!). The beer list had local and quality ales. More

This Italian restaurant is recommended by the hotel we stayed in Melbourne and we like it so much. The Italian food they served is superb and the waiters and waitress are very nice and friendly. The restaurant was full on the day we visited, which was a Tuesday evening. We ordered a homemade pasta for entree i.e Potato gnocchi with... More

The best Bouillabaisse is right in St Kilda at Fitzrovia, great flavours, fresh seafood and the best stock. The chefs are passionate about their food and it shows when it comes on the plate, staff are also very attentive. You won't be disappointed! More

Our group of eight for 8pm were told by friends that it was nice but food service slow. Decided to give it a go. They were not wrong. Over 40 minutes for entree alone. Wine was also over 15 minutes to come to the table. The food was nice but not exceptional. There are amazing restaurants in Melbourne so will... More

We were on an extended vacation and found a review of this restaurant on "poppetswindow.com" and decided to try it. As visiting "yanks" we found this restaurant innovative and delicious. Everything on the menu appeared to be fresh and locally sourced. The place is bright and lively and the food and presentation were of very high standards. The menu has... More

Great atmosphere for a reasonably small restaurant. Menu was innovative and very well prepared. My only criticism for a restaurant with such a great chef was that wine list was limited. It needn't be much much more extensive but broadening a bit more would help. More

We visited on a Sunday night when the restaurant was about 2/3 full. We found the staff attentive & helpful. The food was innovative, excellent quality & well presented. The wine list was somewhat limited & a bit expensive. Ambience welcoming & friendly & noise level allowed easy conversation., More
