The bakery is named BEECHWORTH BAKERY and is part of the original chain that Tom O'Toole started in 1984.
The Bendigo 'branch' lives up to the reputation the other "Beechworth Bakeries" have for freshness, taste, friendliness etc ..... we were not disappointed at all. The food was served with a smile and the restaurant was clean, fresh and bright.

The atmosphere at the Bendigo Beechworth bakery beats them all, it's not crowded table wise and it has a very relaxing ambience, great for families or a casual get together. Seriously .. they are the best. Make a stop there and be wowed by all the sweet offerings. Their Cappacino's could use some work but go for the Vanilla slice.

Sad but the hype of the name doesn't live upto taste. Over priced food that seems to of lost its zest. Keep driving past and go to beechworth least it's genuion and nice there with Tommy otoole at the helm.

Very limited BB range set up for coffee & cake rather than bakery. Been a while since last purchased take away bee-sting, but didn't see a loaf of bread not as a sandwich..

This is a must do when in Bendigo. The place is amazing for foodies and non foodies alike.
Lots of goodies to choose from. Everything you would want, pies, cakes, toasties the works.
The only bad thin is you need lots of time and an empty stomach to choose what you want.
Eat in or out, takeaway also.
