The chef at Fusion is very talented. You get to experience food that you would not get anywhere else. He combines ingredients that you wouldnt think of putting together and come up with sensational dishes. Have never had a meal there that I didnt enjoy. More

Although in top range $ bracket for Port Macquarie, the meal really was great. Every course exquisite, and enjoyed by all. Could afford to visit more often if it was BYO wine, as range was limited and pricey. More

We went to this restaurant because it was so highly reccomended on trip advisor. The location and atmosphere wasn't great and either was the food. My husband had the steak and said it was very chewy. We ate here thanks to previous tripadvisor reviews. Food was great, well balanced flavours and creative touches. Staff were helpful, thoughtful and not intrusive. We were originally placed near other tables in an almost empty restaurant , but our request to choose a table was respected. Suggest make a booking as we did as it gets busy. More
