A bus/coach arrived the same time as I did, cafe so busy I did not bother. Gift shop seemed unattended and not a lot too choose from.

I have had 18 nights of restaurant meals so I had something to compare with, the food was just ok, you have to expect to pay in the $30- $40 for mains and it just lacked that something special, as the restaurant is in a very special place on top of the slag heap overlooking Broken Hill

The food was beautiful at this cafe / resteraunt. We had lunch with children and it was great. The service was a little slow for lunch which was the only disappointing part. The views over Broken Hill were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyable!

A special occasion eatery with easily the best views in Broken Hill. Prices are fair considering the fantastic view.
We enjoyed our food and the wine list was good.
However the service let them down. We had to keep reminding them about food and drink we didn't get. Still the staff were friendly and made up for their mistakes.

First night in Broken Hill, 12 of us planned for a special night out. We were not disappointed. Food, service and ambience all exceded expectations. Only downside was the noise caused by people enjoying themselves. Acoustics could be improved. Value is relevant to the overall experience. One does not mind paying a little more for a good dining experience.

All the lunch offerings were under $20, I had the kangaroo (after throwing caution to the wind) and my colleague the Tuscan Burger. Both were...

We were one of a lucky few to have dinner on new years eve where the seafood was absolutely beautiful. Compliments to the young chefs. Like all outback towns the meal sizes were large for the cost (suppose i'm comparing to over rated Sydney prices) but take nothing away from these guys it was fantastic. The view at night &...
