we had the pork schnitzel and lemon meringue pie. Mom declared that the schnitzel was as good as her own (a SERIOUS compliment) and the pie was just perfect. The service was good, it was reasonably priced, and wonderfully yummy. I look forward to going there again next time I'm in town.

we liked the friendly atmosphere, the mix of customers, families, olders couples, young people. The service was friendly and efficient and our meals were enjoyable and good value for money.

If you want a serious meal this place is for you. Food was great and you walk away feeling like you have at a meal at mums. Service was great as well.

We like this place for its simple and always tasty food. I can't remember how many time we've been there, but food was always good. We don't even look at the other restaurants in the area since we've discovered this place.

Had a great lunch here, had a beef burger and it was awesome, one of the best i've had, staff were good and fast,nice western theme to the place. Will definitely return again.

Our family ate here. Kids meals were inedible ("hot dogs" were battered sausages which were deep fried), roast of the day was grissly with soggy overlooked vegetables. If you like fresh, home cooked style food this is not the place. Serves were very large.

Special beef or lamb dinner on Sunday night was the best deal we had in New Zealand. Pub like food and atmosphere with a few tables in an upstairs alcove. Friendly staff.
