Ate there last night and enjoyed a great meal. Best salmon I have ever had, the bread was killer good, and my wife loved her cauliflower/artichoke soup.

Ordered the fish and the escargot both times. Bill about 30-40 nzd. Good value.
Escargot buttery and garlicky. Fish was Braille and monkfish on the other occasion. Both excellent. Big portions but finished it all. Service great and not snooty though I decided to go there right after some sweaty activity in queenstown

We ate our first meal in Queenstown here and it was so nice. I had the salmon $20 special while my husband ate the lamb shank. We ate at the front table by the window for people watching. The staff was good and the meal was great. Definitely a nice romantic French-style option.

The leisurely French service was perfect for our group of six, there to make our dinner an evening out. The daily special roast rump of lamb was flavorful and juicy served with perfectly prepared mashed potatoes and cabbage. My wife had sautéed skate fish - a first for us and now a new favorite. Excellent appetizers included classic escargot and...

My wife and I went in here without a booking and were seated right away. The restaurant has a French flavor and many of the staff are from France. I ordered lamb shank with winter vegetables and a dark sauce. Both the lamb and the vegetables were overcooked and had lost most of their flavor. The wine was decent but...

Went in off the street without booking. They were advertising evening meals for $20 very reasonable for Queenstown pricing . However on looking at the menu we opted for the fish of the day and a steak dish at around $32.00 each. Ordered pre dinner drinks which never came until Manager came to our table to clarify if we wanted...

We went to this place a few times and the quality of the food was consistently good and service excellent. The lamb/steak was very good and the available seasonal sides were very nice. The place itself is so quaint and romantic and great for couples on a night out! The french influence is obvious, it's simple, tasty and well put...

We liked Solera Vino, although I have to say my wife liked it more than I. The ambience and location are pretty good and the service was decent if not super quick. The food was pretty good (lamb, duck) with the exception of the profiteroles which were awful - small tough and overpowered by poor quality ice cream.

Came for lunch with family. Service was terrible. The food wait time was terrible. And the drinks only arrived after the food was cooked. Do not expect to have french food like Les Alpes. Nor have a service typical of Les Alpes (the other French restaurant in Queenstown). This restaurant needs to rethink its cuisine specialty. And how it service...
