We stayed at the Hilton on a short stay away from the shakes of Christchurch. Very impressed with the style of the Wakatipu Grill which lends itself beautifully to the lake. We were staying at the Hilton and of course had to try this restaurant for dinner. Cannot fault anything. Staff fantastic, food wonderful. We had breakfast there also and that was yummo. Try the freshly squeezed watermelon or pineapple/orange juices. More

Stopped in here on our way to Queenstown for dinner. The wine list has a great selection of local and international wines to choose from. It is a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for! It was lovely sitting by the outside fire with friends and a glass of wine! And the service was excellent. More
