Our tour guide was very informative and entertaining about the process of making beer. It's about a 90 minute tour. Excellent food, I had the 'drunken steak' and it was fabulous. For dessert I chose the 'cromwell crumble' and while not a crumble in the normal sense of the word (it was more like an apricot shortcake), it was still nice.
