This would rate in our top 10 dining experiences during our 3 week trip. The freshest fish and seafood every day. Great service, wonderful menu, and wonderful view of the water.

Food and service is great, decor is getting a bit tired and hasn't been refreshed since it opened in the early 90's. Price is a bit steep but probably reflects the quality of the food.

We had our Hotel make reservations at Shed 5 and requested a window table. When we arrived, the guy behind the bar and the person who seated guests (Oliver, who supposely was an assistant manager) took us to a table that was away from the windows. The service and food was absolutely fantastic. The fish is among the best in Wellington. The service was not excessively attentive, yet was always around when needed. The portions were just right, and the taste was amazing. The Cesar salad had an interesting twist and an impressive presentation. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended!

Just to say despite other reviews we had a superb evening at Shed 5. Although they were fully booked we were asked if we would like to wait for a table. We were so pleased we did as the food was very good (fish) and the atmosphere buzzing. A good night out in Wellington in a great location.

This restuarnat had a buzz about it on a Saturday evening in March. The service was excellent , we enjoyed 'posh' fish and chips and a delightful taste plate of desserts.

Wow - talk about a train wreck waiting to happen - no it was worse than that, it had crashed already. Honestly, this place was a disaster zone.
