I have been a regular here for the past 4 years, always order the same dish; kungpaw chicken. I always have it on takeaway though because the place is pretty small and always busy for dining in.

Got there early - thank goodness as it's small - seated right away. Service was quick, food was cheap (mains around $10NZ$ each) and tasty. Nasi lemak had rice, beef rendung, half a boiled egg, peanuts, chilli and cucumber but no fried anchovies however the beef rendung was tasty and the portion generous. The roti chanai included 2 pieces of...

Small friendly restaurant the food was superb. We were able to get a table as we entered but, I believe that at busy time one may have tio wait bit it is worth it!
Been here heaps of times, always good before the movies, service is quick and the food is cheap and very tasty, we are never disappointed. Can't always get a table as it is a tiny restaurant but you can always leave your name and go for a drink first. My firm favourite is a Curry Laska and my daughters is...

Happened on this restaurant when out shopping with my daughter so stopped for lunch, we had Achar and roti with peanut sauce and a plate of Mee Goreng and Char Kuey Teow, total cost $30.
the food was tasty and being fisrt timers opted for the medium, should of gone hotter. The decor for a 'cheap' restaurant is pleasant, polished...

So many good review so I decided to check out the place myself. I ordered the chicken satay and hainanese chicken rice. I was surprised when the waiter asked me if I wanted a friend chicken or steamed chicken. There is no fried chicken variation in hainanese chicken. Never trust any shop that has authentic malaysian sign at the front...

In my opinion, yes their food is very good, but this place is extremely crowded especially during dinner time. I have tried walking in to this place few times and I could never get a place, so booking is highly recommended, preferable a day before. The food price is not very expensive, but it is not cheap either.
Great place for a low key, cheap meal. Attentive staff and lovely meals. I had the Rendang and thought it was delicious! The rest of the group loved their meals too.
A nice warm and cozy restaurant with friendly staff. The food is Authentic Malaysian and is made very fast. There is an relatively large menu that can cater to many preferences. Prices are reasonable. It can get extreamly busy during lunch and bookings are essential. Only downside is parking around the area is sometimes sparse.
Nothing here that I didn't like. The food was delicious, great portions. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to return. Having been to KL and North Malaysia, it was nice to taste the genuine tasting food and to be asked how spicy I wanted my food was just great! Lovely staff. Highly recommend!
