Popped for a late breakfast and ordered the big breakfast. I was big enough to share. Everything was tasty including the coffee. Awesome service. Thankyou
a very special shop with expert skilled creative staff who have the added quality of being so nice !!!!!! A long way from home (Christchurch) but the on-line shopping appeals. Thanks for such a fantastic food shopping experience
On Saturday, 19th October, 2013, my husband and I were looking for a Restaurant that had the "WOW" factor, something a little different. As we were walking past the "Big Bad Wolf" we were invited in to see what this lovely place had to offer by two very welcoming people, We were given a copy of the nights menu, (small... More
What can I say. The menu was a bit unusual but you only have to ask your waiter for an explanation and you cannot go wrong. Pork, rabbit and goat, as well as snails were to our liking. A must for a future visit.
This place is really unique as it sells gourmet meats and serves delicious meals. The menu is not large but it's got great variety and if you like what you eat you can buy some to take away. You can buy anything from a gourmet saussie in beautiful bread or slighter larger meals, so caters for all tastes. There aren't... More
Last night my partner and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at Big Bad wolf. He had the roasted duck and I had the rabbit, leak and taragon pie. The flavours are amazing at this restaurant and they sure know how to cook meat well. The meals are around the $30-$35 mark, however they are well worth the price. It is... More
If you're a carnivore you're going to love this place. Amazing local meats (Tahr, venison, lamb, Alpaca) and beautifully put together with local flavors. I would rate this up with French restaurants in Provence.

This place is a breath of fresh air : a real meat eaterie. I had a pork sandwich with sauerkraut. The place has atmosphere and sophistication - a relief from the insipid trendy Wellington lunch scene.
A special evening and good company was totally complimented by an exquisite menu derived from specially (open free range farm piggery) selected pigs. These are then butchered on site which results in many cuts of pork not usually available in other restaurants or restaurants. To say that every part of the animal is used in one way or another is...
