We went with high expectations and these were not met. The food was absolutely fine, but the ambience, environment and service are all those of a second-tier restaurant and contributes to an overall so-so experience, which turns to a depressing experience when you pay the fairly hefty bill before you leave.

Dropped in for brunch. Service was cheerful and very quick with coffee. Ordered the bene and staff very happy to adapt the dish for individual preferences. The meal itself was great. Salmon was absolutely beautiful. So was the sourdough. Can't wait to come back for dinner.

We recently moved to the area and are slowly working our way through the restaurants and arrived at Charlie Bill, a quaint restaurant on Tinokori rd. Service was great, wine was excellent and the food magnificent... I would recommend the pate for a starter and the fillet for a main, both were beyond our expectations. Will definitely be back soon.

I was surprised when i walked into the restaurant to find that it holds a maximum of 30 people. family run i believe so service was friendly and helpful. food came out in good time which was tasty but reasonably basic. desserts were definately not the best ive ever had so next time il just stick with entrees n mains.... I have visited this restaurant on a number of occasions and the food and service have always been fantastic. I love the small, cosy atmosphere, and although not the most exciting of interiors, I feel like therefore i'm paying for the skills of the chef rather than expensive rent!! A great suburban restaurant, can't wait to go back again :)
