Came out for a team dinner. Service was great and the waiters had a good sense of humour. All items were clearly explained. We tried the whitebait and poached crayfish as starters. WB was excellent but I didn't enjoy the crayfish as much as it was a cold dish. The 63min egg sounded interesting but we didn't go for it.... More

We were fortunate enough to experience Fish on a spectacular summers day, and from the first floor vantage point we had incredible views over the harbour, and prime (6 hours) outdoor seats. This alone will make me rather bias. We tried a variety of Fish (of course) and found the snapper and salmon were particularly delicious and cooked to perfection.... More

Having had a memorable meal here when it was White restaurant, we were looking forward to our return, but this was a disappointing evening. One part of this was hardly the fault of the restaurant, which in mediocre weather lowers plastic screens to protect diners on its verandah. These screens are effective in reducing its - normally superb - outlook... More

We knew before we went for the grab one dinner that it wasn't going to be our favourite - with one of us a meat rather than fish person and the other not a fan of raw or rare anything. BUT...the reason I buy the grab one degustation deals is to try things that I wouldn't normally eat. So when,... More

Did a 5 course degustation here through a GrabOne. Meals were tiny and spread apart to far( think they were trying to milk us for drink orders) but the food was excellent and presentation was very nice. Great spot and view. Probably wouldn't go here outside of a GrabOne as the food is pricey for tiny portions. Very friendly service.

We took some restaurant connoisseurs from Melbourne here. We had the best table in the house and superb waiters. The 5 course degustation was a little wanting in the quantity department but overall excellent quality and a wonderful and memorable experience.

Superb food, excellent service. We went back a second time rather than try another restaurant. We preferred it to Euro, which is run by the same group, and supposed to be a more high end restaurant.

My daughter and I decided to squeeze one last restaurant before leaving Auckland. The service was very accomodating, as we had limited time before our flight. The meal was amazing - the poached crayfish was to die for! My daughter began her meal with the oysters, and although she wasn't keen to share, they are the best oysters I have... More

As we were leaving NZ in a couple of days we decided that we would like to have a "farewell" meal. We were unsure of where to go as we did not want to be too far away from the ferry terminal. This has to have been one of the best meals that we have had. Our waitress (Aimee) could... More
