Dined at Balthazar for my birthday lunch. Service was friendly attentive and not intrusive. The food innovative and delicious. We thought it was well priced given the quality and innovation and not ridiculous as are most Perth restaurants at present. Will definitely be back.

Balthazar was a refreshing eating experience. We both had different entrees and mains, and all of the food was amazing. Delicious, tasty, really good. The staff are attentive and informed, and if they can't answer your question they will find someone who can. We had a fantastic night.

Balthazar is a culinary experience like none other I have ever experienced in Perth. The menu, presentation, service and knowledge of the staff is first class! Balthazar is an expensive dining experience..but worth every cent!

A good atmosphere and cool interior. Food was of high standard, I had the veal and it was amazing. Service was good, staff were extremely attentive, although at times it felt like they were hurrying us to leave as they cleared the table a bit too quick. The prices are expensive.

Great atmosphere on a Thursday night. Oysters to start followed by an exquisite roast duck main with beetroot and blue cheese. Just delicious. Extensive wine selection rounds out the experience. I'll be back.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the very attentive service. Food selection was very good, the meals I chose were outstanding. Good for couples and ideal for business groups.
