I'm a bit of a yum cha junky so when I went here for the first time I wasn't blown away. Had all the regular yum cha choices, some street parking, service was average. This is your typical Perth Dim Sum experience (order from a trolley rather than an order ticket), press the staff at the entry to get your name on the list for a table and get a number, keep up with the numbers they calll or you may miss your spot.
