A group of 8 people went to the Boulevard for a Sunday lunch and enjoyed the experience. The decor is modern, the service was quick and friendly and the meals of high standard. I had the crab spagettini which full of flovour and crab pieces, those that had the Pizza and fish and chips enjoyed their meals and the steak... More

Went for a business lunch recently, and was not disappointed. Finally decided on the Fish and Chips with Salad and some Millbrook Voigner. My colleague had a pizza. Both dishes were fantastic and were served quite quickly as well. This was in spite of being a very busy lunch hour. I have been here for drinks before and held a... More

We stayed in Perth during December and early January and we visited the Boulevard for drinks / bar snacks several times. I was quite surprised by the number of fairly negative views about this place as we found the staff to be really friendly and the service was swift and attentive. We ordered bar snacks / sharing plates which were... More

This is nice for a quiet drink, a drink with friends and a casual meal. The service is abysmal. It's pricey. An older crowd, you can actually bring your kids and it's not bad.

Good place to drop in for a drink with work mates and then stay on for a quick dinner. Get in early to get a table. Young and enthusiastic staff provide great service. Lots of well designed spaces inside and outside so it doesn't feel like a barn. An older crowd, suits us!

1 bottled beer, 1 sparkling white wine, $26 ! This is not a city centre pub, yet charges city centre prices. Silly, because it has a large catchment area, with no pubs within km's, but scares locals off with these prices. The venue is however very nice, with the outside area very pleasant indeed

The restaurant was in Floreat at the corner of The Boulevard and Howtree Place. The exterior is not very attractive at all – a big depressive dark grey building. The inside is completely different. The interior design and settings are modern and comfortable, food was fresh and tasty, service was efficient and attentive, staff were friendly, Price of food and... More

This has become one of my regular afternoon haunts as it provides a choice of seating areas with courtyard, lounges, high tables or conventional tables and being a large venue an intimate drink tucked in a cosy nook or a spot for a larger group are all accommodated. The staff are generally very good, well informed and keen to serve... More

Lots of money spent, good menu, lots of good seating and cosy nooks. Open fires for winter. Not the Floreat Hotel of old, but popular for a get together.Good music events. Smoke free. Go there on a Friday for gorgeous classy crowd.

I had ribeye steak which was beautifully cooked along with the veg.The staff were attentive and helful.I was uncomfortable on the chair they had so they found a different style one. Love the decor ,the different settings both inside and out mean you can get a different experience each time you go!
