This ice cream was way too sweet. They had some interesting flavours, like fig and orange, which was nice at first, but after a few mouthfuls, tasted like sugary cream. Nice service.

All ice cream made on premises. Interesting flavours, always something new to try. Try Berry Pav yum.
Trampoline looks cute from the outside and on a hot day it's so tempting, but it's not worth the calories. The gelati is bland at best. I've been several times and tried both the milk-based and fruit-based flavors and they're all just meh. If you can drive to Lygon Street in the city, get the real deal at the Italian...

Being an avid lover of ice cream i was at this place every day on a 5 night saty in Melbourne. The better flavours i had were the Peanut Nutter, Violet Rumble, Hazelnut Rocher and a white mint. Not to say ony of the others were bad, as they were all pretty good.
For great ice cream/gelato give this place...

Very nice icecream, tried the spotty dog which is a vanilla icecream with little flecks of chocolate that just melt in your mouth. The Tiramisu was unique in that it had sponge finger biscuits scattered throughout it which gave it a really lovely texture.
trampoline's gelati's sickly sweet. i feel terrible after finishing half a small cup.
my wife regards herself as a peppermint icecream connoisseur and believes that trampoline makes the best peppermint ice cream in australia. Their sesame seed icecream is also very good.
