Food is good however some of the staff seem to forget what service is all about. They don't like it when you pay by credit card and it appears the card machine is always down.

Can be hit and miss. We have been eating here for 5 years now and sometimes service is good and sometimes it is terribly slow and unattentive. Food is usually very good. Mainly Italian standards here. Worth a visit.
