This noodle restaurant used to be a favorite cheap eat place for me for years, until this recent visit which was very disappointing. The handmade noodles are lovely so the two stars are for the noodle making alone. The food was not very good however. I ordered the spicy noodle with beef and my husband ordered the tofu with rice....

Had the braised pork and rice, heaps of meat, melt in your mouth chunks of stewed pork in a soy based sauce with a few greens and a generous serve of rice. The boys had the hand pulled noodles stir fried with meat and veges - once again, huge!!

We went on a Thursday night, I often try to come here when I am in Melbourne. I love the spring onion cake but it is greasy. It is what it is but the food is good. Staff are not so great but, iris only a cheap eat!

Large servings, good food, cheap, noodles made on site.

Have been to this restaurant a few times because the food is really good, and price is really affordable. The pulled noodle is something definitely not to be missed. And so are the dumplings.
Unfortunately this place is NOT KNOWN for its service -- brash, rash, unwelcoming, inattentive... sometimes once in a while, one or two of the newer floor...

Great value of money and wonderful taste. The Box Hill branch is the best, and recently redecoed.
