Food average, service worse (they forgot half the order and then at the end of the meal I was obliged to walk inside - and wait again - to pay the bill). Plus, smokers on the outside tables ruined whatever was remaining of the occasion. We won't be returning.

The Japanese food and service was pretty good. It has a nice casual atmosphere in a great location on Chapel Street. I would go there again.

Food is awesome..Teppanyaki is amazing and the best gyoza iv had!!! Service is so so.. But I go for the great taste! It's in south Yarra so busy on Saturday and Sunday night.. Best to make a booking! This is some of the best Japanese I have had in Melbourne. Obviously it doesn't compare to a high class Japanese restaurant like Nobu, but it's very nice for a casual family dinner. Your in for great food and service! I personally recommend the Chicken Yakitori and the Garlic Prawns. All the sashimi is exceptional.
