The food was not bad but you can get the same elsewhere for more reasonable prices.

Nice food & a relaxing nite out with friends. Local 2 everything.
Words can not express what a let down this place was. I was excited to go here and by the end of the night I wish I never made the effort to go here. I cant recommend. The food was horrible and the staff needed more training in service and manners. They were yelling the [--] word from the kitchen...

I visited the Chapel Street Cafe Greco and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the lamb chops and my friend ordered the mixed souvlaki. As food is usually very overpriced in Melbourne, my friend and I were not expecting alot of food for the around $25 that we paid per meal. However we were surprised when our meals came!
They were...

l had a meal that really was average, the meat in the souvlaki was really hard to chew, the best part of the meal was the sweets, if you like greek sweets this is the place to go.
My friend and I had particular needs because of her disability. Cafe Greco were simply superb in the gracious manner they accommodated us. We were delighted. Trish
I have only ever eaten at Greco's on Chapel Street for late night cake and coffee. They have a good selction of cakes, however, be warned, they are very expensive for what you get... The servings are average sized but the cakes are just so overpowering with sugar you can't enjoy them without feeling sick after a few mouthfuls. I...

We really loved this place - Stayed about 10 minutes away for a month and ate here at least once a week. Great cakes , Caesar salad, and loved the tables with banquettes. Unlike many late night diners, there's pleasant night ambience - fewer spotlights than some and super staff. We were so happy to find a place that didn't...

Went there with a group of 12 and experienced a complete lack of service (Chapel St location). The food was pretty average, we constantly had to ask staff for water, to clean our plates after having them sitting there for ages etc. The place was a bit dead so it did not help. I picked this place after having experienced...

Dined here last weekend. Menu same, boring. The cakes and coffee are the only real positives. Ordered extra jalapenos on a pizza and got three, thats 3! Wine list limited, over priced. Chicken in the foccacia was paper thin with a spead of guacamole sufficing as avocado! Come on... REWARD THE GOOD, PUNISH THE BAD! Avoid.
