The food is really really yummy! My friend and I ordered seafood & tofu hot pot and pork & tofu hot pot. The ingredients are fresh; our seafood and pork are both delicious! The tofu is really soft and with lots of flavour because it absorbs all the flavour from the soup which is kimchi base, slightly sweet but spicy... More

Oriental Spoon is one of the most famous Korean restaurant in the CBD, so there's no reason you shouldnt give it a try. I believe it has the best bulgogi in town; not too oily, not too sweet, super juicy, just right that it makes me drool everytime I think of it (I am not a meat lover, but I... More

This is now my favourite Korean restaurant in the city. It is situated near the corner of Elizabeth and La Trobe St. Service is always fast and friendly, food comes out pretty much straight away since we have kids it is a big plus. Our favourites..try the pancake, the beef ribs, soft tofu seafood soup and stir fried potato noodles..

I only ordered dumplings with their special dipping sauce @ $8. On the very first bite, it was a tad too salty but after which it tasted pretty all right. The shapes are intricate and cute. The skin was not too thick, which was great!

You can't go wrong going to Oriental Spoon in the Melbourne CBD. I was amazed by how large the servings are. The quality of the food is impressive. Service was a bit slow but I guess that can be attributed to it being a Friday night, when the restaurant was packed.

Had Bulgogi and mushroom salad and happy with it. Tasty and generous serving. The restaurant has a cafe-like atmosphere. The space is large, hip and clean. Unlike many other Korean restaurants I have tried in Melbourne, the range of dishes is wide. If you are in town, give it a go!

Went to oriental spoon for dinner on a Saturday night as part of a group of 9 people. Overall, we paid just over 100 in total (with no drinks) with sharing a number of dishes. The food was quite nice although perhaps didn't have a huge range in flavours - some of the dishes we had were quite similar in... More
