“Disappointing”

The food is unique, creative and fresh. Charles serves dishes that are not common to other japanese restaurants. However, the lack of service and arrogance of Charles was absolutely disappointing! We observed that Charles treats his regulars very well but for new diners - we were treated with arrogance. We will not be returning to Jamon.
