Nicely tucked away in the more upmarket end of Chinatown. A great find. Good food, upmarket appeal, excellent friendly service, very good wine list. I like the way the waiter pro-actively suggested some meals for me. Recommended. A wonderful break from a million very ordinary Asian restaurants that surround it.

Visit this restaurant every time I go to Melbourne and although that's only about once a year, the restaurant owner and staff remember us every time. The food is amazing and while there is the everyday Italian cuisine there are also more authentic dishes for those that prefer something different. Do yourself a favour and try it!

The whole dining experience in Lucattini's was unbelievable! Food was great, along with great service. I would highly recommend the salt and pepper calamari and definitely the garlic bread! We had a birthday party once and they were very accomodating - singing Happy Birthday, cake was served with ice cream and coulis. Yum! Thanks Lucattini's!
