There are few risks taken here, save for the mistaken ones. The setting is off a laneway and you are ushered through double doors and into a dining room that is cosy, romantic and comforting. Just had the rabbit dish at Comme and it was excellent - four different cuts, prepared in different ways, including a mini rack of rabbit. At $38 was exceptional value for the work and effort that went into it. I'll be back.

There seems to be some confusion around Comme – is it pronounced ‘com’ or ‘commy’? Being a French restaurant the former would apply, the latter being erroneously influenced by a plethora of (particularly American) restaurant shows where the term Comme Chef is bandied about. We had dinner there and the food was great. The steak was melt in your mouth perfect. Can't wait to go back.

Despite trying to get excited about the menu I could not be bothered with any of the overpriced, pretentious entrees.
