Best. Cheesy. Toast. EVER. Fact. There will likely be a wait for a table upon arrival, but while away in minutes in the Cheese Room, samples for all! More

Richmond Hill Cafe and Larder is a fun place for coffee on the west end of Bridge Road. After pounding the pavement looking at shops, it is a great place to cool your heals. The food is always wonderful here and the coffee well done. The best part of the place is the cheese larder. They have amazing cheeses from... More

We decided to do breakfast at the Larder on April 22nd 2012. We arrived early as it can be hard to get a seat if you leave it too late. They open at 8.30am. All going well but noticed a distinct change in staff. As i sat pondering the menu, i noted the music was..........Christmas Carols - yes, that's right... More

It took a good while and some energetic arm-waving to finally attract someone's attention for a menu and a coffee order for me, even though the place was half empty. All... More

We lunched here and fluked a table without booking. We had Bagdad eggs off the breakfast menu $16 and Mini corn fritters with Haloumi from the lunch menu $17. Very nice that breakfast is on offer til 3 pm Service was very pleasant and food came really quickly. Good way to ensure maximum turnover of tables. We had lunched here... More

We've eaten here for a weekend brunch and a midweek lunch. Brunch was busy but the midweek was terrific - relaxed, intelligent service. But who would think a restaurant or cafe would be renowned for cheese toast. Yep, that's what you have to try. The cheesy toast with eggplant and pickle is to die for (with the cholesterol content, maybe... More
