This restaurant has a reputation for serving some of the best Italian food in Melbourne. It is always buzzing, as there are very few tables and the staff are fun, if a little obnoxious! They are all Italian though, so gives an air of authenticity which is always nice. The food was good but not exceptional. The beef carpaccio was... More

We were pretty lucky to have had a table as reservations are required. The rest of customers that turned up without reservations were turned away. There were only very limited tables... More

Great place for coffee, lunch, wine or all three. I like subdued lighting but sometimes this is a bit too dim for my personal preference. A place I have revisited often - it's a good South Yarra meeting spot. More

very cool italian restaurant with great food and atmosphere. avoid if you are in a large group as its a fairly tight fit. Fits in very well to the cool chapel street glamous crowd. fun and exciting for a romantic night out - amazing 2nd floor balcony with a table for 2 overlooking chapel street. More

It's hard to find healthful and gourmet meals while shopping on Chapel Street in Melbourne, but if you can snag a table at caffe e cucina, you should! We popped in here for lunch while we were in Melbourne. The homemade pasta and carpaccio were delicious. The atmosphere was very cosy and romantic. Pricey, but worth it. Highly recommended! More
