Impressed with the service, staff friendliness/attitude/guest focus and the delicious omelettes. Mrs loved the omelettes too. Fresh fruit very nice. Coffee good, not great but OK. I like the Intercontinental's breakfast better, but Mrs likes the Hilton / Nuevo37's better, so it's a draw. “Surprising good for a hotel restaurant”

Location was good as it was right next to the convention centre. Not too busy, atmosphere was good, food was good and time passes quick without you noticing it. Price was reasonable for a corporate dinner. More

Staying in house ( the the Hilton) there is a special rate at Nuervo 37 - 2 courses for $55, 3 for $65, with a glass of wine or beer. When you first walk in here you have a lovely welcome and the place looks amazing. When it comes to the food it is a whole other story. A tough steak for $30 and only a steak you had to pay an extra $8 for the chips and another$8 for the salad. A burger for $30! Very disappointed with the... More

This restaurant is located inside the Hilton South Wharf. The evening atmosphere is excellent - polished, candle lit, modern with friendly, efficient service. Our dishes were very well presented and cooked perfectly. A most enjoyable dinner. More
