“A friend's best kept secret.”

We went to Sageleaf as a part of a group. Out in Hawthorn on a very ordinary stretch of road, this little bistro serves up a brief menu of great character & spread of ingredients. Beetroot salad with goats cheese croquettes, duck confit were memorable. BYO option. And great value. Food only for two about $140. More

Completely unexpected - high quality food and presentation- below $30 for many courses. it is very high quality at a very very reasonable price . BYO is Ok - I think around $10 a bottle , One of the best food restaurants in hawthorn/camberwell. More
