The service is fast, friendly and efficient. The selection of dumplings and other Chinese dishes is mouth wateringly good. And the taste does not disappoint. Good value too. More

Had the 'Xiao Long Bao' steamed bun, sichuan spicy noodles, slow braised pork and turnip pastry (all chef specials). Recommended all of them! Xiao Long Bao has very tasty fillings but the pastry is not quite right (not as good as how the taiwanese do it) as it sticks to the chopsticks when get slightly cold (rarely have that experience... Hutong does the humble dumpling proud. Favourites are the soup (as I call them) dumpling and chilli dumpling. Wash it down with house tea and make sure to book or be prepared to wait. More

It's not all about the dumplings but they were delicious. We did not try some of the spicy dishes but they sounded yummy. The restaurant is set over 3 floors and service was good. Will be back to try more dumplings! More

people rave about this place but it was just boring dumplings with no flavour. Chairs were really uncomfortable. There is always a line outside on sunday at about 5.45pm waiting for it to open but both myself and hubby were very disappointed. More

You can eat an entire meal just of dumplings if you want, but it's all good. Make sure you book in advance. More

The lunch was excellent. The restaurant overlooks the Yarra River and has some nice views. The food was fresh and light and there were some innovative dishes. We did not have the 'all you can eat' at 50 dollars a person but we had plenty of food and it cost us only 30 dollars. Unless you are starving, go for... More

I don't ordinarily eat in resturants located in hotels due to the usual poor standards and high prices.... but I make an exception for this place. More

The Dumplings were great - and great that the MD taught us how to eat them. Had an enjoyable evening here with good food and very good service. More
