We come over from Scotland regularly and usually visit the Shark Fin Inn on Lt Bourke but this time, as we couldn't get a table we ventured onto Lonsdale and tried here. What a great alternative. As China Town now has plenty of other Asian restaurants ,it's nice to get a Chinese one,the service was excellent,helpful staff-one of our family is coeliac-we enjoyed this and recommend it More

A group of 5 of us visited for the set price yum cha lunch ($16.80pp). This included tea and as much as you could eat. When in Melbourne, we rarely fail to visit Dragon Boat Palace. It has had a facelift in recent times but otherwise the place is pretty much just as its been for many years - we recognise many of the staff as long-serving, the food is always mouth-wateringly good, reaches your table quickly and you're never left waiting for any service.... More
