To reach this venue you need to go up 2 flights of stairs and pass through a well worn door. The room is large with an open concept, framed on two sides with series of large vaulting windows, and white washed brick walls. There is a long bar, lounge, and fine dining area. This was my first visit here and...

Check this place out we had a great time the dodgy entrance up the top of the stairs(fire escape i think) was so out of character with the restaurant. The room the decor and the staff are the best we saw in Melbourne. The room and veiw took our breath away and we had some beautiful food. I had a...

This restaurant/bar has an amazing bustling atmosphere and view of the city. Although very loud it does not make conversation difficult. The food was fantastic value for money. Slow cooked lamb shoulder was sensational as was the wagu beef. Finished off with home make chocolates, just devine. The wine list is pricey but very good. Great food at great prices.

Stunning food and...

The Panama is such a lovely space that it's worth a little climb up a dodgy staircase (that's what gives Melbourne it's charm after all). My fellow beer drinker and...

too bad it was my friend's dish.
buzzing atmosphere with the venue divided into three different sections - roughly for dining, drinks and a bit of pool table fun.

After walking up 3 flights of dirty stairs with fear of getting mugged we were seated and waited over 45 mins to see a menu. The staff was, 'so-so' and the menu was limited. The portions were very small probably to force you into a small overpriced desert. The restaurant had large windows with a view of the area that...
