“Not so good for soy drinkers.”

The problem with koko black is that it is geared totally to the dairy milk drinker. Many of the drinks on offer sound amazing, but when the non-dairy drinkers go to order them, they're told it's not possible because they are pre-made with dairy milk and cannot be made fresh with soy. We went to Koko Black as part of our "Hidden Melbourne" tour. I am lactose intolerant so I thought I would sit and watch everyone else enjoy their drinks. However, the waitress told me they could prepare the coco with soy milk. WOW! Possibly the best hot chocolate I have ever had. Beautifully presented. More

“My least favourite Koko Black store”

I will start by saying that I love Koko Black, but this is my least favourite store. I have been twice and vowed not to return. There chocolates are amazing but the toilet situation is terrible. If you're looking for chocolate, this is the place to go. The cafe menu is very expensive, but I only go here if I want something completely indulgent. I definitely recommend trying the hot chocolate. It's the best you'll have anywhere in the world! More
