Smolt is a delight - every dish we ordered was tasty and hearty. The warm modern decor made it a cosy place on a chilly night. I've told my foodie friends about it, definitely worth eating here on a trip to Hobart. More

After a big lunch, we weren't sure if dinner was required, but ended up having a lovely meal at Smolt (which means immature salmon).
